Отдельное большое спасибо ishvedkov за более грамотную обработку моего текста. Правда, мне пришлось убрать из его варианта обещания кастрировать представителей Ниссана, если они не сделают карты России. Щютка ;)
Dear Sir or Madam!
I’m the owner of Nissan Pathfinder from Russia. I’m an owner Nissan Pathfinder 4.0 LE, VIN XXXXXXXXXX, which was bought from official dealer ”Genser” (2b, Dobrolyubova str., Moscow) November 2006 and where it was serviced routinely. I paid $61000, what couldn't be considered as cheap for Russia. The car is two and a half years old and has done 74000 kilometers at the moment.
I faced and still facing quite a number of problems having been using this car, but I've never mentioned them before. I did stay loyal to Nissan. But situation is getting worse and worse now.
Paint coating of my Pathfinder has many damages, in the places of contacts with door's moulding (rubber seal) in particular. It can be easily seen in the photos attached.
Representative of dealer's company said that reason of those damages is that I didn’t clean the moulding accordingly. That sounds like a bad joke to me and can't be considered as descent explanation. More or less the same problem appears in the place under back door finisher. Paint coating has been almost completely destroyed there as you can see on picture. I believe that company Nissan will find possibility and demonstrate willing to solve this problem and help me.

P.s. I’m a member of Russian Nissan club, where all of the members, owning Nissan Pathfinder, X-trail and Qashqai with inbuilt navigation system, are very much worried by absence of Russian maps in those navigation systems.
All of us at the time of buying our cars were promised to get those maps within soon, but some of us have been waiting for more than three years already and maps are still missing. To be honest we wouldn't like to believe that most of us were intentionally cheated by Nissan Motors Russia.
